On Friday 11 December 2015, FGDP(UK) Scotland and the Glasgow Dental Alumnus Association were proud to host reunions for Glasgow Dental School’s Classes of 1980, 1985 and 1995. More than 100 alumni and their partners attended a range of events. Scroll down to see the pictures!
Are you interested in holding a reunion for your year? The Faculty is delighted to help run reunions linked to the December study day in conjunction with the Glasgow Dental Alumni Association.
Our free service helps you to contact and keep in touch with your year group, liaise with your meal venue and take payments. We offer special reduced rates so you can get together during the day and then work with you to organise a memorable night out. Attendance at the study day is optional but is very popular with alumni who can re-live their student days by taking in world-class lectures but add on a three-course meal with wine at lunch and then a few convivial drinks at the reception before heading for your meal. You’ll also benefit from six hours of CPDA in the process!
Find out more, read Irene Black’s Class of ’80 Reunion article. Contact Andrew Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to organise a landmark reunion this December or in future years.
Following the study day
We helped organise reunion dinners at Malmaison (1980), Chardon D’Or (1985) and the Hilton Garden Inn (1995). On Saturday the Dental School welcomed a group of alumni for a one-hour tour of the new facilities.
