Glasgow MJDF Study Group

Our Glasgow MJDF tuition and revision course is designed to guide and support you through the MJDF examination. We aim to help you pass both Parts 1 and 2 of the MJDF and can offer you flexible study and payment options (see below).
The great thing about taking the MJDF with our Glasgow group is that you don't just work towards an exam. With study evenings spread throughout the year and a free place at the Faculty Study Day you feel part of a community of dentists. Add in social events, more than 20 hours of CPDA plus the support of volunteer tutors and your working life will be greatly enhanced.
"It really has been an invaluable experience and we also got to meet a great bunch of people!"
Our two-part course runs from August to February providing tuition for candidates taking the exam cycle of part 1 in October and part 2 in February. We now also run a standalone part 2 course for the November exam.
Our course began with an induction evening on Tuesday 18 June 2019 where candidates got to meet the tutors and begin summer 'homework' for the course proper.
MJDF Part 1
Study evenings for the MJDF Part 1 start in August to ensure you are ready for the Exam in October. Our next Part 1 course will begin in August 2020.

How does the MJDF compare to the MFDS?
Both qualifications will help you continue learning and progressing in your career. The benefits of the MJDF are that it is aimed at GDPs but on completion you can simply add the MFDS for a small fee and have both qualifications. The MJDF group ethos is one of sociability and practicality. Many of our members join the group with their friends while the rest often become friends!
